Request for Transfer

Transferring from one independent learning course to another must be done within 60 days of the initial enrollment date. Only one transfer (Drop/Add) is allowed for each course of study. Each request must be accompanied by a $15 transfer fee and payment for the new course materials. Credit for 80% of unmarked books and materials in excellent condition can be applied toward the new course materials and/or transfer fees. The expiration date for the new course of study is the same as that established for the original course. Transfers from one student to another cannot be made. This option is not available to semester-based students.
