Fall 2009 Deadlines

These are dates you NEED to know! If you ever have questions about course procedures, call us right away. Waiting until the deadline may prevent you from seeing the result you want!

COMPLETION DATE: All work (including final exam) must be completed by Thursday, December 3rd, 2009 unless otherwise noted by your instructor in your course syllabus. Please note that CDE has an EARLIER date than most UAF campus courses.

Book Mailing	Begins August 17
Last day to Drop/Add with 100% tuition refund (NOT FEES)	September 11
Last day to Drop with 50% tuition refund (NOT FEES)	September 18
Refund for materials: check your packing slip or receipt for current return policy.
Last day to Withdraw. "W" appears on transcript.	October 30
Assignment & exam completion (MOST courses)	December 3
Grades due by instructors	December 22

FALL GRADUATES
If you expect to finish your degree this fall, you must complete a Graduation Application (with fee) by October 15th. The form is available at the Office of the Registrar or at /www.uaf.edu/reg/forms/graduation.pdf.

All work for Fall '09 graduates must be completed by December 4th to allow time for your instructor to grade all your assignments and exams. The Graduation office MUST be notified if you are unable to meet this deadline! You can reach them at 907-474-7523 or graduation@uaf.edu.
