Coursepacks and Copyright Requests

Use the form below to to arrange custom publishing of your coursepack material. (Please provide hard copies of all articles to the CDE office.) We will obtain copyright permission for each item you request, and we will ensure compliance with U.S. federal copyright laws, State of Alaska Statutes, and UAF policy regulations.

All the works requested on this form should apply to a single, specific course. Please submit a separate form for each course that you teach.
